I was told give her lots of fruit and veggies, but not banana's or applesause. Megan was in so much pain that the doctor told me to buy some Miralax and give her a small amount with her bottle. She pooped within 5 minutes of giving that to her. Makayla may be too small to try that, but you could ask your doctor about it. It's no fun seeing them go through the pain. I had to leave Target last week because Megan was grunting so hard and crying because she was in so much pain. Good luck finding a cure! The Kelly'shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12255611237077686356noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3180347775602552088.post-2256860672224474092009-07-30T07:38:35.723-07:002009-07-30T07:38:35.723-07:00Kale is a dark, leafy, green vegetable. I just discovered it a few months ago, and it's a new favorite! For Elli I steamed and pureed it, and she seems to like it!Meganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10284667206929353368noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3180347775602552088.post-77893084614050962842009-07-29T17:59:32.295-07:002009-07-29T17:59:32.295-07:00I am so thankful to all of you ladies for respondi...I am so thankful to all of you ladies for responding! I am going to try some of your suggestions. Lets hope it works. Megan, what is Kale? I'm very interested. And Cristi I don't think its a bad thing to be a poop expert. Kreg and I laugh all the time about how normal it is to talk about poop at the dinner table these days. so funny!Staceyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17080515988967001224noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3180347775602552088.post-7406434104197887192009-07-29T10:02:45.100-07:002009-07-29T10:02:45.100-07:00try looking at this website... www.babywisemom.blo...try looking at this website... www.babywisemom.blogspot.com
see if you can find anything there!
cari...from your mom's computerMomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14830265408926406769noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3180347775602552088.post-31185179819178095382009-07-29T09:19:17.021-07:002009-07-29T09:19:17.021-07:00Put a teaspoon of corn syrup in her bottle at the ...Put a teaspoon of corn syrup in her bottle at the beginning of the day. Both of mine had major problems because of the formula. With M, we did give her close to a tablespoon each day, but she still has some issues. You can also try prunes/ prune juice. It is fabulous as well. I also have tips for the opposite problem... Either she just grew out of it, or I had thought that it could be when I introduced her to kale. It's pretty high in dietary fiber, so maybe that could have helped?
You are so beautiful, Stacey!
